I get asked by many clients & people whether they can have alcohol or not during their journey to get fit. Good news is you don't need to compromise & become anti-social to stay fit. It all depends on the amount of calories consumed daily & whether your body can burn them off

1️⃣Do your best to set a limit between 1-3 drinks & enjoy the moment
2️⃣ Choose mixer like sparkling water or something less sweet that will help you to lower calories consumed & prevent crazy cravings
3️⃣ Eat more protein: It's a challenge because most food served during Happy Hour has higher content of Carbs & Fats. Be smart about what you put into your mouth, find food that has more lean meat
